It was too nice a day not to at least try, when we woke it was breezy but forecast to drop during the day.Mag and I were at the dip at 10:30 but by the time we had our tea and pastry and spoke to the Coles the breeze was already going:( I set off up the coast in the offshore wind which was just too light, if the wind was better I was heading to Orford lighthouse 10 miles but turned about half way just past Shingle Street as the wind went really light:( The return was a little faster using the waves to gey going,there were a few nice gusts in the River Deben entrance but the wind was never strong enough - shame really as a glorious day !!!
